Refund Policy

At Elevate Marketing Australia, we’re all about delivering value — no smoke and mirrors. We put time, strategy, and creative energy into everything we do, and we’re proud of the results we deliver. That said, here’s how we handle refunds:
 

Digital Services (Websites, Branding, Social Media, etc.)

Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are not available once work has commenced. This includes strategy sessions, design work, development, or any part of your project that has already been delivered or started.

If you're unsure about anything, we’re always happy to chat it out. We want you to feel good about the process and the end result.
 

Deposits & Upfront Payments

All deposits and upfront payments are non-refundable. These secure your project slot and go toward planning, research, and time allocation.
 

Project Cancellations

If you decide to cancel a project before we’ve started, let us know ASAP. Depending on how far along things are, we may be able to work something out — but we don’t guarantee refunds.
 

Stuff Happens

If there’s a problem on our end (like a missed delivery deadline without communication), we’ll own it and make it right — whether that’s a revised timeline or credit toward future work.
